Application information

We collect different types of information. In particular, this includes your personal data with contact information as well as details about your education, work experience and skills. You also have the option of sending us electronically stored documents such as work and training references or a cover letter.

By submitting your application, you guarantee that the information you provide is true and accurate. We would like to point out that any false statement or deliberate omission may be grounds for rejection or even subsequent dismissal.

We do not require any information from you regarding: race, ethnic origin, gender, religion or ideology, disability, age or sexual identity in compliance with the German Equal Rights Law (AGG). We also ask you not to submit any information on pregnancy, ethnic origin, political views, philosophical or religious beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health or sex life. Similarly, content that is likely to infringe the rights of third parties (e.g. copyrights, press law or general rights of third parties) should not be transmitted.

Collection, processing, use and disclosure of your data

Personal data will only be collected, stored, processed and used for purposes related to your interest in current or future employment with us and the processing of your application. Data will not be passed on to third parties outside the Troge Medical GmbH. Data such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. are collected in order to use the online application process. This data is generally used to contact you about your application.

If your application is successful, the data provided may be used for administrative matters (onboarding) in the context of employment.

Your online application will only be processed and acknowledged by the relevant contact persons at our company. All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data. Under no circumstances will third parties gain knowledge of your details. In any case, the data will be processed exclusively in Germany.

Storage

If we are unable to offer you employment, we will retain the data for up to six months for the purpose of answering questions in connection with your application and rejection. Otherwise, your name, address and last status of the application process will remain in our records for two years. The data is used for anonymous statistical purposes and to prevent our "Active Sourcing" department from contacting rejected applicants, applicants who have withdrawn their application or applicants with cancellation requests.

Data security

Troge Medical GmbH ensures data protection through technical and organisational measures. These include measures such as anti-virus software or a firewall. Naturally, our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Your application data is transmitted in encrypted form using state-of-the-art technology and stored in a secure server. Your personal data will be deleted from the system once the application process has been completed.

The systems in which your personal data is stored are protected against access and are only accessible to a specific group of people responsible for applications.

Information, deletion request and revocation of consent

You have the right at any time to request more detailed information about the data stored about you, to view this data and to request that inaccurate data about you be corrected or that the stored data be completely or partially deleted.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The relevant data will then be deleted immediately. In this case, please send your declaration to bewerbung@trogemedical.de, stating your full name and the e-mail address you have provided. In some cases provided for by law, the data may be blocked instead of deleted.

By clicking on the "Yes" button, you agree that we may use your application data for a period of two years beyond your date of application. We will only use the data to draw your attention to other suitable positions in our company.

Consent to this is of course voluntary and has no influence whatsoever on the specific position for which you have applied.

The information from the data protection declaration for applications to Troge Medical GmbH continues to apply accordingly.

Your rights, information, rectification, erasure and blocking, right to object:

In accordance with Art 15 GDPR, you are entitled at any time to request information from Troge Medical GmbH about the data stored about you. In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you can request the rectification, erasure and blocking of individual personal data at any time. You can exercise your right to object at any time without giving reasons and amend or completely revoke your declaration of consent with effect for the future. In this case, please send your declaration to bewerbung@trogemedical.de.de, stating your full name and the email address you have provided. In some cases provided for by law, the data may be blocked instead of deleted.
