Safety i.v. cannula
TRO-VENSITE safety is sterile, pyrogen-free and atoxic. It enjoys all advantages of our TRO-VENOCATH i.v. cannulas but additionally shows the following safety features:
-special self-activating safety clip which covers the needle tip immediately after the needle has been removed from the catheter
-The safety mechanism cannot be bypassed but requires no change in application technique
-User protection from needle-stick injuries and inadvertent infection
-Safety clip prevents needle frombeing reused
TRO-VENSITE safety plus with injection port for application of additionalmedication.
TRO-VENSITE safety sine without injection port and without wings. Available with catheter made of FEP or PUR.
TRO-VENSITE safety 3+ with integra-ted 3-way stop cock.
