It shows the following characteristics: - special 3 facet back point bevel of the needle for easy and atraumatic insertion - FEP catheter with completely embedded radiopaque lines - Extension line, closed with a heparin cap - Colour coded luer-lock-site - With separate tube clamp TRO-VENOCATH y-flex is sterile, non-pyrogenic and atoxic.
